About the PTO Board

  • Our Leadership: The PTO Board is made up of dedicated parent volunteers who plan events, manage the budget, and ensure we continue to meet the needs of our students and teachers.

  • Our Funding: The PTO is funded entirely through membership dues, fundraising events, and the generosity of our families and community partners. Every dollar raised is reinvested directly into Dogwood Elementary.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • "If I join the PTO, do I have to volunteer?" - No! Joining simply means you are financially supporting our school's programs. Volunteering is 100% optional. 
  • "What if I only have 1 hour to give all year?" -  We love "one-hour" volunteers! We will never pressure you for more time than you want to give.
